Welcome Dr. Alison Tarbell to the UVS Radiology Team

UVS is thrilled to welcome board-certified radiologist Dr. Alison Tarbell to the radiology team. Dr. Tarbell received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of California, Davis, in 2014. After her first two years at UC Davis, she moved to Bethesda, MD, to complete a one-year research fellowship through a collaboration between the Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) and the National Institutes of Health (NIH). After veterinary school, she moved to New York City for postgraduate training, spending five years at The Animal Medical Center and completing an internship, a specialty internship, and a residency in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging. Dr. Tarbell obtained her board certification as a Diplomate of the College of Radiology in 2026.
