Dr. Amanda Little Joins our Emergency Team

We’re excited to announce, Dr. Amanda Little is joining our emergency team. Dr.  Little attended Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences for her undergraduate degree in Animal Science in 2009 and obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2013. Following her doctorate, Dr. Little pursued a 13-month, small-animal medicine and surgery internship with Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, NJ. During her internship, she spent six months in emergency medicine at one of the country’s nine designated Veterinary Trauma Centers. Before joining UVS full-time, Dr. Little worked as an Associate Veterinarian at Homestead Animal Hospital in Mechanicville, NY, and has several years’ experience with small animal/companion animal general medicine and surgery.
