Why We’re Different
At UVS, staff fulfillment and work-life balance are core to our culture and practice philosophy. As a privately-owned hospital with on-site leadership, we can respond quickly to the needs of our doctors, staff, and community.

Highlights include:

  • Competitive Support Staff Compensation: We mirror human healthcare starting salaries to attract and retain top talent.
