On October 20, Upstate Veterinary Specialties hosted its 2018 Fall Continuing Education Lecture Series at the Hilton Garden Inn, in Troy, NY. This great program provided New York State approved continuing education to our referral network. Max Bush, VMD, DACVS-SA: Confidence and Consistency During Abdominal Procedures
Sara Arnold, DVM, DACVIM (Internal Medicine): Immunosuppressive Therapy in the Internal Medicine Patient – A Case-Based Discussion
Ed Jazic, DVM, DACVD, Dermatology for Animals: Diagnosis and Treatment of Canine Pyoderma
Lectures in our technician track included:
Katie Bott, LVT Emergency Department: 12 Days of Triage

The PowerPoint presentations are available through Slide Share by visiting the UVS Continuing Education page. Our staff truly enjoyed meeting, interacting with, and exchanging ideas with their colleagues. We are looking forward to the event again, next year!
We’d also like to take the time to thank our generous sponsors for the event. Without their contribution, we wouldn’t have able to host such a successful event. Thank you!
