“My husband and I can’t say enough wonderful things about UVS! From the moment we walked in the door with our 6 yr old boxer pittie, Gus, we felt relaxed and in excellent hands. Eileen was so helpful, professional and friendly, despite how busy it was. They told us the approximate wait time on the phone so we were very prepared to be there awhile. It was extremely clean and spacious in the waiting room. The LVT was so wonderful with Gus letting him warm right up to her, accepting his nibbles of affection. Dr. Siddiqi was very calm, personable and attentive. He went above and beyond, calling us with an update, quickly taking our call when we got home with a panicked dog, and following up the next morning. What an amazing experience. We hope we never have to return for another emergency, but we highly recommend this emergency care center to anyone in need of their care. Five stars all around.
